Our History

Easton Air Conditioning was set up in 2011 by Andrew Boland OLY.   Andrew competed in Canoe Slalom representing Ireland on the world stage for many years, where he reached his sporting life goal in having the pleasure of representing Ireland in the Olympic Games, Atlanta (1996) in Canoe Slalom.

It was after this that Andrew began his career in electrical switchgear, where he gained vast experience in BMS before working as Sales Manager for 10 years in DAL Air Conditioning.

Prior to starting Easton, he was employed as Operations Manager for DAL Service and Maintenance.

In recognition of his achievement as an Olympian, Andrew has been granted the use of the post-nominal letters OLY, to signify his ongoing role in society as an Olympian, living and promoting the Olympic values.

Andrew continues to bring the level of commitment and drive to his Company.

Andrew set up Easton to service and maintain air conditioning and heating systems in hotels, offices and industrial buildings. The business quickly expanded on referrals from existing customers and changed from Sole Trader status to Ltd Company in 2014.

Easton’s engineers have over 20 years’ experience in refrigeration and are highly skilled in maintaining specialist cooling equipment such as free cooling chillers, turbo core compressor chillers and ice banks. All engineers have up to date manufacturer training in Daikin and Mitsubishi VRV systems.

We also supply, install and maintain boilers and ancillary heating equipment, especially in the hotel sector where hot water and heating is critical to their satisfaction ratings in Trip advisor.

For some customer’s, Easton provides a full technical facilities management including generators, lifts, UPS and access control maintenance.
